I am transitioning from full time employment to semi-retirement.  As I researched different paths for semi-retirement, I knew I wanted to stay active and healthy.  

I decided that Health Coaching was the answer as it opened the door for living well and aging well all the while supporting others on their wellness journey.

What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is your health partner and guide in the journey to self-care. As your health coach I will help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical and mental health.  

 

This includes nutrition, movement, reducing stress and better sleep.  These changes can lead to a reduction in ailments like diabetes, arthritis and other inflammatory disease and more.
