Programs Offered

Programs offered through the Living Well Aging Well website consist of sessions that educate and support individuals, parents and children, and seniors on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. I received my Health Coach certification from the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. All sessions are learned by using professionally created materials and research-based content provided by Dr Sears Wellness. The objective of these programs is to teach individuals and groups simple ways to improve their health

Real food and ingredients that Living Well Aging Well suggests their users use.

L.E.A.N. Start

L.E.A.N. Start is a foundational program designed to help families with children achieve a lifetime of wellness. The program provides six unique sessions that focus on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition. These sessions are available two ways: independent online to be done at your own speed, or as one-on-one series of courses. The one-on-one courses are designed to be completed via eLearning in six (6) independent 60-minute

sessions.

The L.E.A.N. Start program contains the following six (6) sessions:

  • Traffic Light Eating and Portion Control

  • Breakfast and Grains

  • Veggies and Fat

  • The Skinny on Fat

  • Power Up with Protein and Play

  • Water

Objective

L.E.A.N. Start educates families and children on lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition and provides them the tools and information needed to achieve their health goals, make sustainable changes, and develop a lifetime of healthy habit

Prime-Time Health 

Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for feeling young and living longer that is designed to help participants understand how their body changes as they age, prevent age-related diseases, sharpen thinking, boost energy, and take charge of their health. The program is designed to be available as either an independent eLearning tool to be completed at your own pace or as weekly one on-one 90-minute sessions (4). These sessions are taught online and include hands-on activities,

workbooks, and recipes
